We’re thrilled to send your order on its little adventure! ✨ Each order is carefully processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia). Once it’s on its way, we’ll share a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

To keep things kind to the planet, we reuse clean bubble wrap and packaging boxes whenever possible. While our packaging may not be fancy, we prioritize environmental responsibility—because every box deserves a second chance! Thank you for joining us in making mindful choices for the planet.

Free local shipping for Malaysian orders over RM100 (MYR)—yay! 🎉 For everything else, simply check the table below for shipping fees based on your region. We’ve made it easy for you to know exactly what to expect.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return

We hope your purchase brings a smile to your face! If something isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure they’re in their original condition and packaging, then reach out to us at whimsywhimsical@gmail.com for return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
