Dear Friend,

Welcome to my little woodland-inspired world! I’m Yee Von, the illustrator and creator behind Whimsy Whimsical, based in sunny Malaysia. Since 2009, I’ve been bringing my love for quiet, comforting moments to life through whimsical illustrations. Simple joys—like savoring tea, getting lost in a good book, or gazing at the sky—inspire everything I create.

My signature style features charming forest animals, often with their eyes gently closed, enjoying the beauty of life’s little moments. Each piece is a reflection of my appreciation for calmness, intricate details, and the magic of nature. It’s my hope that these creations bring a touch of whimsy and joy to your everyday.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with brands like Hallmark, Papyrus, RSVP, Amazin' Graze, Oral-B, and Village Grocer as well as work on children’s books and festive packaging projects—especially for Christmas and Chinese New Year. What started with stationery like greeting cards, notepads, and stickers has now grown to include new treasures like keychains and lanyards. I’m always exploring new ways to bring fresh ideas to my collection!

When I’m not illustrating, you’ll find me in my cozy studio apartment, which doubles as my workspace, spending time with my furry companion, Meow, or working on personal projects that inspire me.
